Sales Coordinator, Catering & Special Events Team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Flexible (20-30hrs)

Looking for individuals who are motivated, enjoy spea\king with new people, and love ice cream. Come join our special events team.

Sales

• Manages incoming inquiries, distributes leads as directed.
• Acts as liaison between clients and Catering Sales Managers.
• Prepares sales and marketing collateral, for in shop and digital
• Creates targeted catering packages
• Member of the Response team, first to reply to email inquiry, deliver the BGIC experience with every touch point.
• Manage our catering sales log, provide monthly report

Event Coordinator & Planning

• Ensures consistency of information –makes appropriate changes to supporting documents, follow up on client requests and final agreements.
• Coordinates documents, assists Catering Sales Managers with event planning from conception to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate confirmed proposals with production schedule/calendar/team

Administrative

• Attends weekly catering status meetings
• Attends weekly production meetings
• Manage BGIC Social Ambassador photo site
• Maintains the sales database
• Prepares production schedule
• Prepares post-event report
• Assists Executive on special projects, CoLab, and generates reports as needed.
